Hiatus! For the next month or so, I am working really hard for the amazing In The House Festival – and then I’m running away and taking a train to Boston for a dance camp (Beantown, for all you Tumblrhoppers). From there I will hitch a ride to Montreal and then be a professional bum for a month, wherein I will have lots of time and angst for more art.

I’ve made “The Creative Struggle” as a print (up to 20 x 28)!
I thought it would be particularly topical to have it available as a laptop skin, so I did that, too.

FINALLY! I’ve decided to print with Society6 for Judgments. I should have done this months ago… but I figured I’d have time to print myself, so I could charge less and do my own quality control.
It’s a small print (7x10), but I’ve been assured the quality is great. Should I put some of my other work up on Society6?

The heart was stamped with a real chicken heart (and then digitally enlarged because those things are tiny!).
The background is made up of the death scene from Romeo and Juliet.
This is pretty much as art-schooly as I could possibly get.
